MerchantFix is a trading name of Semstar Marketing. These terms apply to the MerchantFix Recovery Diagnostic service.

Service

The Recovery Diagnostic is a fixed-price review of your Google Merchant Center issue. The deliverable is a PDF diagnostic report with findings, likely root causes, priority fixes and recommended next steps.

Delivery time

The report is normally delivered within 24–48 hours after the necessary information and access have been received. Delays may occur if required information is incomplete or access is unavailable.

No guarantee of reinstatement

Google Merchant Center reinstatement is controlled by Google. MerchantFix does not guarantee account reinstatement, product approval, appeal success, ad serving, revenue recovery or a specific business outcome.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, relevant screenshots/emails, website access where needed, and Merchant Center access where agreed. You remain responsible for your website, business practices, product data and compliance decisions.

Optional implementation

Implementation support is not included in the €199 diagnostic fee unless explicitly agreed separately. Any implementation work will be quoted separately.

Payment

The Recovery Diagnostic is charged as a one-time payment of €199 unless otherwise stated at checkout.
