Refund Policy

The MerchantFix Recovery Diagnostic is a professional service delivered as a PDF report.

Before work begins

If you pay by mistake and request cancellation before the diagnostic work has started, a refund may be issued.

After work begins

Once review work has started or the diagnostic report has been delivered, the fee is generally non-refundable because the service time and analysis have been provided.

No reinstatement guarantee

Refunds are not issued solely because Google does not reinstate an account, approve products, accept an appeal or resume ad serving. Google controls final review outcomes.

Incomplete information

If you do not provide the information or access needed to complete the diagnostic, delivery may be delayed. Please contact support so the issue can be resolved.
